Shipping options: This is Armacell’s North American literature and sample site. Shipping is paid for UPS ground and US Postal Service shipments in North America: US, Mexico and Canada. Shipments to other international countries need prior approval from Marketing, or you will need to provide a UPS or FedEx account number. Marketing will not pay for shipping or freight to countries outside North America.

Required Information for Shipping: When completing the “shipment” fields, you must complete all fields that are accompanied by an *. If you don’t have all of the necessary information, such as a phone number, please fill the field with your phone number so that your order can be submitted.

Overnight order questions: Overnight shipping must be approved by Armacell upper management. If you select “Overnight shipping” your order will be placed in “Pending” status. After approval by management, you will receive “Your order is in progress” email. When your order ships, you will receive “Your Order Has Shipped” confirmation with the tracking information. Order submittal problems: Double check the shipping information to make sure the address you entered is correct. If you keep receiving an error message, this may be the issue. After correcting the information (such as zip code) hit “submit” again. If you are still having problems, please email

Changing your password: To change your password click here to notify the system of your request. You will receive a reset password email with a link to enter a new password. 

Order Quantity Questions: If you wish to order more individual items than are stated in the “limit,” simply type in the quantity you wish to order in the “Quantity” box. If management approves, the quantity you requested will ship. If your request is not approved, we will let you know.

Daily Ordering Deadline: Orders placed after 2pm EST will ship next day. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please call:

Items on Backorder: If an item you have ordered is on “Backorder” status, it will not be included in your shipment, but will autoship as soon as the warehouse receives the backordered item. You will receive notification that the item is on backorder as well as the shipment of the backordered item when available.

Cancel or Change an Order: As soon as you know of any change to your order please contact us immediately by telephone:

Tracking Your Order: You will receive an email with tracking numbers for your shipment. You can “copy and paste” the numbers into UPS.com and then track your package from there. If you cannot locate the shipment email, simply log into the site and go to “Review Past Orders” to retrieve the tracking number.

Ordering Paper Armaflex/Victaulic Templates: Full-size paper templates are $50 per set and for sale to current Distributor customers only. Sales reps, please confirm agreement to pay before ordering. An email will be sent to Armacell’s Accounts.Receivable@armacell.us which will issue an invoice for $50 to the customer. No sales can be made to parties who are not already set up as an Armacell customer–they must work through an existing distributor customer. No refunds or returns.

Mobile Friendliness: Armacell Orders is fully “mobile friendly.” Just make note of your user name and password so that you can access it from other devices.
